Before I start my blog let me introduce you our product come from.Well our product comes from the coconut tree what they called “THE TREE OF LIFE“ Why? because all the parts of the entire tree–from top to bottom–are used to sustain human life. … Inside the shell, the core of the coconut, are the meat and coconutwater or coconut juice.

SAPAL

Our product main ingredient is what they called “Sapal”is one of the many by-products of coconut. It is the coconut meat left after extracting the milk. These are often thrown away since most people find no use for it .

So,we come up with the product we called ” Coco Nuggets” to make use of coconut sapal that is thrown away after getting the milk and to avoid water pollution that usually blocked canals and causes floods.

To make a delicious coco nuggets you just need this 3 ingredients;the egg, crispy fry, and specially the sapal.

When you try our product it taste like a fried chicken and it gives your body more benefits and a healthy lifestyle,Why we recommend this product for the filipino that also like fried food specially the filipino children,because many kid can’t eat vegetable so we copy the chicken nuggets but its ingredient is our own version.

The customer who tasted our product rate us a 5 star because they says that our product taste good and also some of them recommend that we should have a sauce or a dip and we are so glad that even our teacher in Oral Communication ,Ms.Andrea says that our product taste like a real chicken because of the crispy fry

This article also related to my passion as what I said last time exercise maintain your body away from disease and stock of fats at the same time Eat healthy food also gives your body more healthy and stronger.I recommend our product as a ABM student that need extra income and also our product helps me to learn and understand more that the things I thought that has no use or useless things can be transform or used to help our environment.Its is also related to me because Im not good in cooking but when you try to do this product is so easy to prepare.

This article is related to my life because my parents are so strict and always angry when Im not home early,so sometimes I go to my friends to relieve my mom’s anger and get to the point where I’m not going home from fear. My articles is about how filipino support our country who came all the way from various places just to see us compete against Southeast Asian superpowers like Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. They really cheered their hearts out and showed their unity in boosting our morale against the best teams in the region.

My entire article show you as a good player,sportmanship and benefits when you engage the sports.As she said,The feeling of being egged on was so overwhelming. It’s priceless.But winning a medal was not yet part of our destiny.I am not really sure about what the future holds for the national team, but one thing is for sure: I am ready to embrace it and would always pray for its success.

First, they suffered a five-set loss to Vietnam that put a dent into our morale. Then, we were beaten in straight sets by reigning champion Thailand before suffering another loss to Indonesia in our final match in the preliminaries to be relegated to the battle for bronze.

In the classification match against Indonesia, our hearts were again torn to a million pieces.

We were actually at match point, 14-12, but we suffered a giant collapse in the crucial stretch, allowing the Indonesians to cop the bronze medal that we have been looking for since 2005. Still, it’s okay.So the challenge here is how to resolve it and use it as a springboard to move forward and win the title.Unfortunately for us, we didn’t get what we have been aiming for unlike our counterparts who competed in the men’s indoor volleyball and men’s and women’s beach volleyball competitions. But I am still mighty proud with our team and how we performed for the glory of our country.

So for now im waiting again in the NATIONAL BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION in the near finals 2019-2020 and the other sport like UAAP BASKETBALL,VOLLEYBALL AND ALSO OUR PHILIPPINE BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION.Im ready and full of excitement who will be the best team in this year 2020.

For me watching sports like basketball,volleyball,racing and so on makes me excited even im not player but when for our country I always support for that.SPORTS gives you meaning on how you use your mind,strenght,love and discipline and also there are many benefits like taking part in sportwill improve your general health and wellbeing. … Playing sports helpsreduce body fat or controls your body weight. Sports allow you will gain the satisfaction of developing your fitness and skills. Sports can help you fight depression and anxiety.For most people.I wish someday I watch in the VIP seat in the NBA. This articles related to my passion like when you read my previous blog no.2

We all have a task to do everyday so I will show you what is my daily routine. After my work as a dining, my daily routine every morning is first, I need to ready my school uniform,money and my bag and after that I use my social media account to know if there is some announcements. After that I’m going to take a bath and brush my teeth. Some people eat their breakfast before going to school but for me I use the time to cleanse my face and fix everything that is need to be fixed.

When I’m already in school, sometimes that is the only time that I can do our homework because when I’m at work I am too busy so I don’t have much time to do it . After staying 8hrs in school. I use my few time to get some rest or sometimes I hangout with my friends. Before I go to work in the evening, I wash my school uniform and other clothes. The next one is I need to prepare again for my work so 6pm in the evening till 6am in the morning I was just working. As a working student it is very difficult but if you have big dreams nothing is impossible.

Every Saturday, before I get some rest from work, I usually brush my teeth and wash my face first and I could say that Saturday is my favorite day because I was able to get some long sleep and I think that is 6-7hours. But every Sunday, After my work, I go to church in the morning and I usually do jogging for at least 2 hours and I also pray to God. When I get back home I take a little rest and after that I will take a bath and have some long sleep again. That is all for my everyday routine as a working student.

Playing sports makes me happy and also have a good benefits for our body.its feel me good condition and makes me energize everyday.My favorite sport is basketball since elementary.Basketball is the one that you connect to your freind because may be in outdoor or indoor.

When playing this sport there are different step that you can do to in which two team,most commonly of five player each,opposing one another on a rectangular court,compete with the primary objective of shooting a basketball
